Pound just SLIGHTLY towers above Bob Dylan... Just slightly. I think the video poster's comparison in the description is ridiculous. Pound is a genuine intellect. Dylan writes pop-songs.

And didn't Pound have a bit of a problem with a certain type of people? Bob Dylan being a member of that "tribe", I doubt Pound would appreciate the comparison.

@1776Matthew If you google for images of Bob Dylan and Ezra Pound, you'll notice that there's a striking resemblance. However I know where you're coming from: Dylan is a talented Jew, Pound is a talented anto-semite and you're a politcal snob.

@SpokenVerse Whoa, whoa, whoa... I did NOT post a video about "the final solution to the black problem". You are taking that statement out of context. You need to watch the whole clip. That statement is meant to illustrate the hypocrisy and the double-standards of certain political realities we are facing.

Anyway, I'll respect your wishes with regard to the topics commented on in this venue. No need for a "preemptive strike".

@1776Matthew , Ezra Pound had many Jewish friends, he saved several Jewish poets in Italy during the war. Pound's problem was especially with the Sabbatean-Frankist central bankers (Rothschilds), the usurers with their Talmud, Cabala and Protocols of the Elders of Zion, who financed their bastard familymember Adolf Rothschild Hitler and his Holocaust. For me, this poem well evokes admiration of women and a woman, as it also has an unsettled and not stated admiration that seems erotic.

Maybe that is in my mind. But such a praise of the feminine is by itself admirable, and has stood a test of time from 1912 by Ezra Pound.
