The story is the beginning of Japan, a land of gods base on Kojiki the oldest history book in 8th century.

Kodo asked Tamasaburo to produce it for its 25th anniversary. Tamasaburo chose AMATERASU as their first collablation, created and produced.

this was only broadcasted on TV. According to a news article last year, they couldn't perform together outside Japan due to "label conflict". I guess this also affects any DVD publication.
