I spoke naturally because I wasnt so nervous. However, when I paused because of forgetting what I was supposed to say, I grabbed my hands tightly and my eye contact was toward the ceiling. Besides, I sometimes spoke fast and sometimes chopped my sentences.
However, it was better organized than the first one, and it would be persuasive if I use pronoun intonation more.

Your speaking fluency was really nice! Even though you were nervous, you could hide it perfectly!!
On the other hand, you could have spoken with letting your hands more relax. I know you stood most time naturally, but sometimes you hold your hand.
Your speech was pretty natural and logical one. I like your Visualization, too. You could emphasis them well.
