like so many Americans, female and male, this girl had simply eaten herself out of having a waist. that's the biggest difference effected by the surgery - you can't create hips but you CAN uncover them. this girl has a good structure to begin with and was hiding a very nice body under the fat. gotta admit her post-op butt does look sensational but it could have looked great even sans the fat transfer. like a lot of guys I'd be happy to do a closer inspection.
