As for you scoffers out there, calf fries are an amazing treat. I know dozens of people who said they would never eat them, but after one taste (usually on a dare) they are hooked. If you've never had them and are fortunate to find a restaurant that has them on the menu, you owe it to yourself to try them.
My daughter cuts them after I rope the calves. I taught her: she tough as me; an she studies as an astro-biology student at U of A. She going to have her kids SIDEWAYS. And if she decide to GAY one, I'll have the little dinken nuts & ear tag him TOO. On the open grill after I brand his ASS & take a strip off his going to be gay ass ear. Please don't be so mean Marine... Semper Fi..I have my rope: butt ranger!
