how does the film version change from the dvd version, what deleted scenes change it

In the Ultimate edition there is a scene where John and Sarah reprogram the Terminator so he can learn to be more human, where as in the theatrical version SkyNet made it so he can observe humans and take on their characteristics to fit into the crowd.

Like I said, it only changed the story very slightly.

Oh, and of course in the Ultimate edition Michael Beihn returns as Kyle Reese in a dream sequence.
