the islanders have been one of the hottest teams in the nhl since december they are a young upcoming team with lots of great prospects and will definately be a playoff team next year as for the rangers the can keep getting eliminated in the 1st round with all their overpaid overated players while the isles build a stanley cup contender

@yankeesrule009 yes great young goons like trevor gillies and travis haley. yea moulson, grabner, and tavares are all aspiring young players, but they lack in one thing: experience. u can't win a cup with only skill. look at vancouver and boston. they're loaded with talented players, smart veterens, good 2 way forwards, strong defense, and a top goalie. the islanders dont hav much depth yet. i dont see them doing much in the playoffs for a few years. but after that, who knows
