Environment Canada isn't doing their job in Canada either. I recommend doing a search on NASWS (Northern Alberta Surface Water Study) for more information. Governmental agencies, including the court system, are actively suppressing information and those who have information related to surface water and drinking water contamination.

I believe the question of what is the main reason 1926 is not being enforced is answered in your video from the CDC and EPA. What is the best way to talk to the people that narrated the video. I believe you tube can reach enough people to make them aware that our federal agencies are not doing their job to protect the people from dangerous cross connections.
