Cops are terrible with response times. If this robber had a crew and they were professional about it do their research they'd be in and out in 1 minute or less. These cops took 5 minutes to arrive. only a mumbling fumbling fool of a robber who doesn't plan ahead and takes a long time to break the bullet proof glass can get caught. Horrible, HORRIBLE police response.
