It's funny because I just had a bad conversation as I turned on YouTube to get my mind off it and I clicked on this vid. Now I know why and my first time tapping, it worked! I will be following you more closely as I am so impressed that you so clearly explained in such a short time something that will probably change my life. Thank-you!
I HAVE AN IMPORTANT QUESTION: YOU TALKED ABOUT TAPPING OUT THE ROOT OF YOUR EMOTION. LET S SAY YOU RE TAPPING OUT "FEAR" FROM A CHILDHOOD MEMORY AND YOU SUCCESSFULLY HAVE TAPPED IT OUT. NOW YOU FIND YOURSELF FEELING FEAR IN A CURRENT SITUATION AT WORK AND YOU WANT TO TAP "IN THE HEAT OF THE MOMENT". DO YOU GO BACK TO THAT CHILDHOOD MEMORY OR YOU STAY FOCUS ON THE CURRENT SITUATION. ONE MORE THING: WHEN DOING MAINTEANANCE TAP CAN I USE THE SAME FASTEREFT TECHNIQUE? THANKS A LOT
@SENSELESSIMON All depends on what you mean "successfully have tapped it out" in FasterEFT that means you have rewritten the memory but some EFTers think when the tap until there is no emotion. But it has to be completely changed to never find it again as you originally recorded it. You do address everything from current to the past until it is cleared. The daily tapping process is different depending on what you know about FasterEFT. There are many ways to tap. Robert
I'm feeling a little bummed right now. Just did a session with a lady with bipolar, who's english is weak. It was such a struggle getting through to her. She kept saying she feels the same, and doesn't see any images or feel any feelings..Just this headache. She ended the session early, skeptical that anything was changing. But she kept switching topics, and I don't know if she understood me. I need to tap on myself after that! Has this happened to you where it 'doesn't work'?
Robert, you are just amazing!! You explain things so easy and with your sparkling eyes everything is so interesting. I would love to go to one of your courses. Sweden soon?? ;-)

Robert if part of the process is to physically tap the energy meredians how does mentally do it work because you are not physicially stimulating the points? If you can mentally tap it makes me think that the tapping part is just a conscious distractor as you put in the positive suggestions and release the negative?
Thank you Robert...bless you and your family always :) Hey the Tom Tar technique is really cool.... i can use in the office now if some time wasters decide to stop by.
@alexiac1 Tom Tar technique is mentioned toward the end of the video. It is a way of physically "tapping", without noticeably tapping, by just sliding your fingers over the points. See the video!
"tap till you pass out" :))))) hei do you think this tapping helps to remove my sick feeling from the extra glasses of wine I had yesterday?

I love to mentally tap while falling asleep. I tap in, "I dream and I remember my dreams," and it's working like a charm.

Nice presentation of mental tapping! And sly Tom Tar technique. And other ways to be "less crazy".
