i found a easy way to get the achievement today, if you go to the shack near the 1st CP, the one up the small set of stirs that leads to the stone walk way, go in there and slowly walk around the ledge and stand behind the wall, if you are it, he will keep running into the wall trying to hit you, and everyone else can just melee him to death and get the metal. that is if you can do this with him chasing you lol.

@jakeofyo Both teh Axe and the Saxton Hale Mask aren't holiday restricted when all of the other items like the scrap and the normal masks are. So after the 8th of November you'll be the only ones wearing them.

@flameheader not entirely. Some trade and acheivement servers spawn him still but he doesn't move so it's easier. I got tf2 for christmas and i have the head and the haunted scrap.

@iamnanosec easily. Just find a trade or idle server that has his head on the ground and that should mean he spawns every 10 or 20 minutes in that server

You do not need to melee him to death. You melee him once or twice, run away, and survive until he dies. (It would take FAAAR to long to melee him to death :D)
