Can u actually have the sensation of free falling on this thing? Or is it always this slow floatdown "Mary Poppins" style? :-)

No.. this is not a free fall... You're on the rope, you fall and stop by the window for a moment, then you get 'lowered quickly' down to the ground. It looks fun but kind of pricey!
