bottom line is Tim still wasnt alone. i said no one can do it alone. and that year the twolves went to conf. finals they got eliminated in gm 6, ya because the lakers were good but also because lack of exp. that was the first time the twolves had ever advanced past round one in franchise history and tim still had support and more exp with the exception of that one year for the twolves and they went farther that the spurs. As far as duncan being better than kg, i think it will always be arguable

yes you are right no one can do it alone 1-5 but when it came down to it the supporting cast for time duncan was not all that great many players past their prime and a very young players but duncan made them better carried the team to a championship and Tim Duncan is better than KG its not arguable at all Duncan is the best PF to play the game any sports analyst or pro basketball player will tell you that.

Another reason the duncan and the spurs excelled farther would be because of team chemistry. as for duncan being better than kg, it is arguable for either side. kg has never had a good squad, again with the exception of boston. and if its "not arguable at all" the why is it whenever they match up all analysts have a whole segment on which pf is better. kg has so much duncan doesnt; a better shot, one of the best big men to ever shoot, dribbles better, and besides magic is the only other player
