I saw this movie not long after it came out. What I still remember about it, and want to see again, is the scene with Michael McKean as the pompous musician. He plays a Dylanesque song that I remember being hilarious. I just did a search to find out the name of this film. Is there any way you could post that clip? (Mckean is of course, the great songwriter and performer of Spinal Tap among many other things)
@EssBeeEee Go to modcinema website and you can buy it on dvd. The movie is called More Than Friends and you can get it for 20.00 bucks. I got mine a couple of days ago.
I saw this when it first played on TV. It plays on Lifetime from time to time. But I bought this on VHS from somebody on eBay (the entire movie -- I don't think it's available on DVD or commercially, someone taped it from one of those Lifetime broadcasts) and somebody converted this segment to MPEG for me.
they are so cute and funny together!
