when they do burnouts b4 its to heat up the tires to make them really sticky.. so you dont burnout off the line

The burnout before the actual race is done so that the tire get really sticky and the car has traction at the starting line.

On the video the guy is saying don't let him spool up (meaning turbo spool) but I had no control of that situation, all I could do at the time was stage and get ready to race.

I personally like the sound of the turbo but like the nitrous purging even more, you know the race is on when that happens.
