It actually does work with users that have less than 1Gb of ram.

You might have to clear/delete all of the cache one in a while, I recommend setting RAM Disk to use more than just 65Mb. I have mine set to 100Mb. Because 65Mb of cache isn't to much and Windows will constantly remind you that the folder is full and needs attention.
