I think that it is immature to blame the United States for all the worlds problems. I also think its immature to accuse anyone who criticizes the US(especially concerning its foreign policy) as being motivated by nothing more then hatred, irrationality and religious extremism. Originally called Land of Canaan during the time of the fertile cresent, then was conquered by the Israelite, there for called Israel, then after around 1000 years the romans took over and to anger the Jews called it Philistina, because the Philistines were neighbors who werent even semitic. Palestine for around 2 thousand years was desolate and empty. Basically a wasteland. Wealthy syrians bought land in Israel, and had people tending the land for them. They were poor, but not originally from the land of Palestine. Then Jew's started moving to Israel during major anti semitics events happening in Europe and lived alongside arabs. For 2000 Arabs and Jews lived together peacefully. I think that we cant make comments on the situation in the middle east till we know the facts.

First of all, there were historians in that time, such as Josephus who noted the destruction of the Kingdom of Israel. There are archelogical FACTS that proved its exsistence. The Western Wall in Jerusalem dates back over 2000 years. Ever hear of the Arch of Titus? It depicts the Roman king exiling the Jews out of Judea and stands today in Rome.
