Haha he didn't move the pick at all.. lock picking is pretty easy except if your controller wants to drift on you while your picking a master lock and your pick just breaks for the hell of it.

woody. chronicling epic failures while attempting menial tasks in skyrim is HILARIOUS. im not being sarcastic. everbody can relate to that. getting 2 dragons in a row when youre just smelting 3 iron bars. failing easy locks (shown). the best part of it is showing your rage face though. definitely do more like this. not like a million you can do but it works for any game. wings raging on stupid shit showing the rageface would be funny too.

It's odd, because if you have the skeleton key, then when you go to jail, they take it away from you. You can check your inventory. All you will have will be a set of prison robes, and one lockpick. But if you try to pick a lock, it seems you still have the skeleton key with you... that's odd actually, but it is pretty sweet :D

For all you new players, remember that each pick has a "health bar" but it's just invisible. Even after you open/exit the lock and start again, the health of that same pick is carried over. Needless to say, higher level locks drain that health much faster.
