Hi, I wanna make this for my girlfriend (who misses her Mom's food.) This is her favorite and I'd like to try to make it. Can you tell me the amounts you use to make the sauce? Either in ounces or grams?
Ok... I must be the only one wondering about the quantities of the ingredients to make the sauce. How much water? How much soy sauce? How much honey etc? Did I miss something?
should we put onion later when the stew is nearly finished? too cooked onion would not taste good. oh and as i watch some shows I saw them put rice cake into the stew too. is it a must ingredient? and how about home made seasoning? would it change the taste of the dish? thank you for ur video!!!
I was sooooooo looking forward to trying this recipe out and just made it for dinner tonight - ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! It was also my first attempt at cooking something Korean. Thank you very much for a recipe that is as simple as it is delicious.
There are two must-have pastes in Korean cooking. One is called '된장' [Doenjang] - a soy bean paste (like Japanese miso but thicker). The other one is called '고추장' [gochujang] - hot pepper paste.
Some Korean might argue with me but I believe for spicy soup or stew, people use more of hot pepper powder than hot pepper paste to get cleaner taste.
it's me again kithkithkith, my previews channel was suspended so i created another. by the way i remember this videos cause i tried it before, it's so delicious so i placed it on my blog to share it to other who loves korean food. I credited your video and added a link back. thanks a lot!
Nice work, we liked your video very much so we embedded it on ChefCommons . com w/ link back and reference to Youtube. (Let us know if you don't wish for it to be featured)
You sound great! Thank god someone speaks proper English for a change. Nothing worse than broken English speeking korean, trying to teach how to cook korean food to foreigners. It looks great and thanks for sharing.
Oh cephalocide so I suppose that monkey brain meat should be in chinese food to make it more authentic? No. Chinese food and Japanese food and ect.. have different meathods of cooking and different ingredients. Yes maybe SOME people eat dog meat, but that doesn't mean that everyone does. Does it? Thats not right. Thats just plain wrong. Your a jerk. And people like you should not have chances to even go to school and learn about different cultures and history.
i meant disagree!!! waaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.......... please don't hate me... i love you. jiaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

kpsran 3 years ago

bookgekgom 3 years ago
lee7844 3 years ago
lee7844 3 years ago
