You know people think that Hindi cinema has been superior to Tamil cinema but I think Tamil cinema during the 90s has brought real quality films. Especially in terms of music (thanks to A.R. Rahman of course) and they're corresponding videos thanks to great choreography by Prabhu Deva and some really great visions by great directors.
