I use hair glue because it actually stays on unlike the glue that comes with the lashes which never even gets tacky no matter how Long I wait and comes out watery....I put the lash glue it comes with on and the eyelashes drop off soon as I let go :/ hair glue all the way idgaf loool

Lol...if only my aunt could see this video. For my cousins wedding and she got strips put on for the day and the person used hair glue. So when one came off in the shower she asked me to re-apply it I used clear lash glue and she gave me the same look as u did from the track line..lol. Needless to say I had to redue the other lash as well cause it looked like she had something black growing around one eye and the other looked normal.

@svain75 You need to read all post on this video cause hair glue is less dangers the eye lash glue which has formlin solution which is A.K.A. Formaldehyde mixed with water. So I think I will keep using hair glue which has most of the same ingredients minus embalming fluid that they use on dead people. I alive and kicking, plus I don't want cancer in my eyes cause that is what formlin does. Food for thought!

Read your ingredients and look them up before you use most products. Don't get it on the on your eyelids says the duo glue , hair glue say don't get it on the the scalp both are skin parts right. @Habohuger it's perfectly fine you reuse false lashes. If you use a pair and then find out you have an infection, then yeah, go ahead and get rid of any pairs you've recently worn. Otherwise it's perfectly fine.

I bought one the other day to replace my old lash glue, it works really well but has a gross almost slightly fishy smell so i dont know if thats just the smell of it or if mine has gone off or something, ive only just bought it so wouldnt expect that though.

ok..... urm, I bought some false eyelashes that came with lash glue, and it says on the tube - liquid latex.....I've watch your ''just a scratch'' video, and you stresssss the inportances of not putting liquid latex near your eye area..... so I am completely confused. Is this eye-lash glue safe to use...? Or should I make a complaint?

haha! My best friend does drag and he uses hair glue for his lashes and I never understood why... Lash glue works great for me but apparently it's not good enough for him lol. I'll have to show him this video.

Thank you sooooo much...I haven't heard of anyone applying lashes with nail or hair glue, but at a Halloween event this year I was mortified when a couple of my friends used spirit gum to apply their lashes! I'm going to make sure to show this video to the next person I see doing something stupid like that.

@svain75 You need to read all post on this video cause hair glue is less dangers the eye lash glue which has formlin solution which is A.K.A. Formaldehyde mixed with water. So I think I will keep using hair glue which has most of the same ingredients minus embalming fluid that they use on dead people. I alive and kicking, plus I don't want cancer in my eyes cause that is what formlin does. Food for thought!

question for any who might know..is lash glue strong enough, or a suitable enough substitute for spirit gum. i.e. bald cap, facial prosthetic ect. ..sure, i'll get spirit gum come halloween, but i have lash glue. (no clue why but) i do have some...would it work ok for this purpose?

Good vid, lol. I liked the skit. I actually JUST had a client tell me the other day that they use hair glue on their lashes and I was like huh? I'd never heard of anyone doing that before. I've also never heard of a different glue for individual lashes that lasts longer, I've always used DUO for strips and individuals. Which glue is it? A special one from DUO?

So hair glue has the same but less ingredients than lash glue and you not putting dead people stuff on your face that cause Cancer YES. Read your ingredients and look them up before you use most products. Don't get it on the on your eyelids says the duo glue , hair glue say don't get it on the the scalp both are skin parts right. @Habohuger it's perfectly fine you reuse false lashes. If you use a pair and then find out you have an infection, then yeah, go ahead and get rid of any pairs you've recently worn. Otherwise it's perfectly fine.

i Know it's a really weard question but what does your duo lash glue smell like?
I bought one the other day to replace my old lash glue, it works really well but has a gross almost slightly fishy smell so i dont know if thats just the smell of it or if mine has gone off or something, ive only just bought it so wouldnt expect that though.
