try from about 15-20 inches and dont pull the hand back. That takes some skill.
Like this - LOL - even a 10 year old can do it. in fact you dont even need to punch, put your hand close enough and pull it back fast - the candle will go out.
These commercial bullshit arts schools in the west just crack me up.
That's so easy. For my shodan-ho (Probationary black belt) test I had to spar with the schools soke, had to learn a new kata and have it at a black belt level within a month, demonstrate all techniques in my style at black belt level, all forms at black belt level. blowing out candles with your fist is just a trick. if you can land a full powered punch on someone with out making an impact, you can do this. we had to be able to punch like that as green belts -.-;

thats ok it is possible to take out 3 lighting candles or more with a punch so i dnt really see anything special here tbh sorry
