Jill has been controlled with that spider chest RE5 game story came out before the movie. If you played RE5.

The fact she's in othe middle of a crowd and only went after someone when that guy came, and that in all the other resi's a person dies before they turn into a zombie, and that she didn't even look undead, only makes it more out of place in Resi.
