Hey guys, whatever you might think about Ramsay or his show is irrelevant. The most important thing, and the saddest thing, is that this poor guy was so indebted that he felt he had no alternative but to kill himself. That's really horrible and sad. What's even sadder is that he left a wife and children behind, and for what, friggin' money? What's most important in life you can't buy. Too bad this guy didn't realize that. I'm sure he does now. Very, very sad.

these people are obviously at the end of their ropes if their requesting a television show to help their business. The chef that committed suicide RIP but his death was not Ramsey fault he made his own decision not live on and change. People forget you only have one life and it goes quick.

He didn't commit suicide only because of debt, he was cheating on his wife with a waitress at his restaurant. Sounds to me that he had thoughts of doing it long before being on Ramsay's show, considering that he was way in debt and that he reached out to Ramsey to help him turn his business around. But it was built as a restaurant in the 1800's, If you're interested in becoming a chef, try it first. You'll start a a Garde Manger(Salads) And move up.Just make sure you start some where you'll really learn something. Not at a pizza parlor. If you learn there, No restaurant will take kindly on you.

these people are obviously at the end of their ropes if their requesting a television show to help their business. Its not that Ramsay pushed them over the edge, they were at the edge and Ramsay couldnt do enough to help them because they would not help themselves. He didnt cause those 2 people to commit suicide. They were going to do it anyway. The fact that they were on his show just gave them a few extra weeks hoping it would turn around....

They ask Ramsay to come to their restaurant for a reality check. He gave them the necessary tools to succeed. Restaurants come and go. It's a risky business. However, being in debt well over your head and leaving your wife and kids with it is cowardly. To drag Chef into this is just a marketing scheme. The man was weak. We're all hurting. However, we're still here. We don't have mindless journalists laying blame on others for that weakness.

He didn't commit suicide only because of debt, he was cheating on his wife with a waitress at his restaurant. That doesn't justify his actions of abandoning his three kids but do your research next time, often the news doesn't tell the entire story leaving many viewers ignorant to what really happened.

Chill man, dont blame the guy, blame the industry. Finest cuisine is full of "Gordon Ramsay's". Its a very stressful enviroment for a chef, youre serving meals at $750-$1500 a meal. Everybody who knows the business will tell you that this is how it roll. Sounds to me that he had thoughts of doing it long before being on Ramsay's show, considering that he was way in debt and that he reached out to Ramsey to help him turn his business around. He did tell others that business did improve. If it was still too much for him, he shoulda just when out and got a partner to help him. After being on the show, im sure he coulda gotten one.

Being a chef is one of the hardest jobs in the world. Terrible under respected.
Not well payed. But I wouldn't trade the job for anything else in the world.
I love being a chef, surrounded by funny people, everyone supporting you. And creating art everyday. I'm talking about kebads and hotdogs. I mean fine dining.

@hiiiitman In Germany, we serve A mixture of french italian and German cuisine. It's a hotel now since 2008. But it was built as a restaurant in the 1800's, If you're interested in becoming a chef, try it first. You'll start a a Garde Manger(Salads) And move up.Just make sure you start some where you'll really learn something. Not at a pizza parlor. If you learn there, No restaurant will take kindly on you.
