Im pretty sure that would be the Army 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (SOAR). They're mainly the ones that fly little birds, the small choppers, that and they're also the ones who fly black helicopters. Black Hawk Down ring any bells?

One night (August 1st) my sons and I all ran outside and two military helicopters with search lights on were flying low over our home and neighborhood. The strange thing is it happened at 9pm and then repeated again at 10pm on the nose. Then Aug 4th it happened again at 10:40pm. My son and I are recording it every time it happens to see if there is a pattern. We have seen them during the day also.

We had 2 low flying copters fly directly over our house, last night (8/4/11) between 1 and 2 am. Earlier in the day, a large AF cargo jet flew low over our house, as well, only it was during the day...around 2pm 8/3. It was heading west to east, and the copters were heading north to south. We live about 45 mins NW of McChord AFB, across the Narrows bridge from Tacoma, WA. This has happened before but it is unusual, esp in the early morn hours, because it was loud.

Facts? 'm sorry but these aren't facts. You connect dots that shouldn't been connected. All the military equipment movements happen all the time, its called training. The have combat training missions out west where the train battalions in combat simulation and the amount of equipment you see being moved is what they will use during the training.
