I once had to field a tech service call from an elderly customer that had a problem with one of our DVDs. She said the pictures wouldn't move and there was no sound. ....After about 3 minutes of her describing her issue in what was probably the best of her technical vocabulary I realized that she was simply describing the DVD menu screen. XD
Funny thing is I do a similar job and we mainly reply like that.... I'm just trying to understand how much of a noob you are.. no I said how much you know.. the line quality is terrible.

Oh God, Pure Pwnage. I love that series so much. I still go back and re-watch every episode at least once a year... I wish they'd bring it back.
