is there any work done to the rear end besides the fender cut .... i cant see shocks i was wondering if you had it sent off to get a rigid frame

@xjoggermopx there has been a lot done to the back of the bike. The fender struts have been cut off along with the fender being shaved of all of its original holes and chopped, custom sissy bar made , relocated ecm, fuelpack and tailights.

there is a short story behind the new pipes lol i like to ride fast..... and curves.....my old pipes would drag really bad i broke the front one twice and welded it back together. we were getting ready to go ride deals gap so i figured i had better come up with something that wouldn't drag! so, this is what i came up with, and they don't drag at all. problem is now i'm draggin the pegs and the kickstand mount n the frame. ah well, let the sparks fly!!!!!

oh yeah, you asked what they were. i cut up my factory head pipes and an old set of drag pipes and used the bends to make these.

awsome bike man. im looking at a 07 with low mileage do you know if there is any difference frm the 07 to the newer nightsterS? i was looking at the iron brand new and they r identicle from 09-10.

That thing looks mean!!! I am gonna try whitewalls when I need tires...I have an 08 nightster with 8300 miles on it and the tires still look good...How many miles did you get out of your first set?

the back is a dunlop of some sort, i picked it up at RAC Enterprise. the front is a maxxis i traded some seat springs for it from a friend of mine
