You would think that all the movies disney sells and the money they make, they could lower the price on the entrance fee. It is really a shame what has happened to disneyland. I am very fortunate that i got the chance to experience So. CAL when it was truly a paradise. P.O.P. clean beaches, drive-ins A&W rootbeer carhops-very few people-no traffic jams-drivers who drove the speed limit instead of 90 all the time..Awww memories. Whatever happened to so cal?

I remember all that smog in So. Cal. YUK!! The skyway was cool, it was a good place for my friends and i to smoke a quick one. They closed it because people kept getting hit from idiots throwing things on them. The subs are gone. When i was a kid the subs were the greatest! You really thought you were deep under water. A real mermaid would swim by and wave at you. It is sadly the tragic kingdom now. My mom paid 6 dollars when we use to go. 25 cents to park. You could never buy the movies....
@barmtrail The Skyway closed because of that and many other problems. Also, the subs are still up. They just have a Finding Nemo theme. Also, you ARE underwater when you are in the ride, just not too far down.
Times have changed, money has changed it's value. Not to mention those ticket prices are really high to control crowds.... Unlike Knott's. An unclean park with cheap tickets.
@barmtrail Why the hell would they want that? They want to keep people in the resort and park. However, (although the parks can be really crowded), ticket prices control crowd levels. Also, are you surprised that Disneyland is crowded? It is the most recognized theme park in the world.

On opening day of that attraction, he invited tons of kids from different cultures to bring a jar of water and pour it into the waterway of the ride. I'm guessing his change of views also led to the creation of Disneyland c:
