30 days of night was a travesty. It looked cool but had absolutely no fluid consistency, it was jumping all over the place. It was basically just an hour and a half or so of constant vampire gore fest.
I dont understand how this "series" got so damn popular. I have never read any Twilight books. Why are Twilight books so long, I mean thick, Breaking Down looks like it is at least 500 pages long. Why so many words? Also, why are Twilight emo fans so crazy?

I admit that in recent decades or so, vampires have become more and more wussified by the public media, but this.... this is just god damn insulting! And to make matters worse, they even tried dragging werewolves down with them. Thankfully, Werewolves haven't been as bastardized over the years, so they might survive the series. Vampires, however, will be lucky to be taken seriously again!

But something scary, disturbing, and creepy. Vampirs dont sparkle in the sun they burn up. There not into having a boyfriend or girlfriend. Just a watcher who will protect them during the day. @gungfu777 I may decide to watch it, but what creeps me out is according to one of the critics it was called "seductive" when its about a little girl killing and eating people. Don't know what kind of sicko fantasies he has. XD
30 days of night was a travesty. It looked cool but had absolutely no fluid consistency, it was jumping all over the place. It was basically just an hour and a half or so of constant vampire gore fest.

I dont understand how this "series" got so damn popular. Edward is obsessive and stalkerish, Bella is moody and sulky, The Cullan family is insestual and then there is Bella's father "WORST COP EVER!" There are FAR TOO MANY close ups of Bella's "emotions" - if you took these out of the movies they would equate to about 20mins each and then they may become watchable :)

twilight also breaks the biggest rule in story writing: SHOW DON'T TELL! Everything is told almost entirly through Bella's narration. That is unadaptable and cannot be made into a good film or comic book because Bella's almost narrating the whole story!
