The liberal lgovernments of the past did nothing to bring kyoto into being and it was an impossibility when the conservatives took over. Why would we bankrupt our country for an accord that only covered 1/3 of the world's countries?
Half of the scientists in the world still lldo not believe in man made global warming and until it is proven to be real, why waste any money on it. Being a northern country, some warming would be welcomed, bring it on.
