@theitalianscotdan It is hard mainly because after losing one soldier morale breaks for the whole squad. The best thing to do here is keep your distance from the necrons use commisars for inf morale and damage boost and use GRENADE LAUNCHERS. This hits from out of the necrons range and since there so slow (especially with extra damage from the commissar special) the guardsmen end up killing half the squad of necs before they reach the guards. Then the sheer firepower of 10 lasguns owns the rest

@earthfrenzy see ive tried this only grenade launchers are useless against necrons since well when i play th efree unit necrons get (i forget what they are called) isnt the problem the problem is the pariahs the lord and all the units the can just revive since they are usualy very good at melee and they can basicly make 1 fight last the entire game draining my resources until i run out and they slowly overwelm me

@theitalianscotdan Well the command squad with a few priests will take out a nec lord. I know solar pulse is damn annoying and there is nothing for you to do about that. Pariahs do cost 4 pop you must remember that, two guardsmen squads with 5 plasmas each and 2 comms will just about beat a pariah squad providing they don't own too many obelisks and they can't reinforce too quickly. When the necs are being revived by orb of ress use the basilisk spec to obliterate them all!

@theitalianscotdan I would suggest bombarbing the crap out of it with basis then, marauders and krak bombs help a damn lot if you have SS. Other than that you can try to get a baneblade to the mono or even better sentinel spam that can destroy a monolith very quick run past defence units and guass turrets and kick necs outta the game since the mono is there only productive building. Use priest spec protecting guardsmen squads as decoys?
