@captainhedgy It was for Bungie's 20th anniversary and Halo's tenth anniversary. They were available until Bungie day, which was July 7th. You had to log on to bungie.net and a thing was on the homepage that said "Unlock Blue Flames". You got the flames and the "Bungie" nameplate. There was also a way to get it through the iphone app but I'm not sure how that worked

@Br4wlz3r It was a special event item that could only be gotten on bungie day. It is no longer available due to it not being bungie day and probably will never be available again because bungie day was an event celebrating bungie's last halo game.
