Loved Shifter!!! Ran the Dark Tyrants before that. Anyone with xiii in game was us. Miss my brother TheHaunted-xiii Still have Medi, Moaky, NoTIK, and LeGaTo on ICQ but like me they haven't been on there in forever! lol

Yeah, I remember the HomeLAN (DMM) Shifter servers. Good times. |LGS| boys I remember your clan as well. I was in it for awhile. Medi was an awesome leader. Wish I kept some of the recordings from clan matches I played in. Are there any shifter servers still up?

Before there was Counterstrike or any other online games, this was where it was at. Yeaaaaah lol. This mod on the Homelan Federation (formerly DMM) server no. 6 back in the day....laser turrets, force fields, jump pads, teleports....this game rocked.

Go to Troc(dot) us. You should find a lot of help there. Downloads and theres a link to Tribes 101 too. The new master server is posted in the fourm and theres a link to it too. Troc servers and SKB LT are fun but you need LT maps for that. SKB Too is always got something going on for the armor ppl. LT maps are for spawn players =P Been playing this game since 99 =D

You should google for a new Tribes master server and how to edit tribes' files to include it in the game.

Yeah, I pop in Tribes to see if anyone is playing every once in a while, no one even plays shifter anymore, Still some maxogc shifter servers up but haven't seen a soul in em. Pretty sad its almost gone and still haven't found anything comparable .

...the thing about TRIBES was that they were dealing in indoor/outdoor environments, several virtual square miles, if you were alone you hit the jetpacks and the scenery would all dip below you, glorious. It made me feel...peaceful...in the few milliseconds until I was killed, lol.

Greatest game of all time. For a time in a shifter version, I cleaned up by laying down laser mines, they instantly zapped anyone stepping in range, I looted the bodies, their mines turned into my laser mines and it was an infinite resupply-loop. No one could get across the gap in Broadside. Then they changed it so laying a laser mine down cost energy. And that was the end of my cunning plan, hehehehe.

No need to fear Starsiege: TRIBES is still up for download at gamershell(dot)com but the main server's closed however it's been aready set to fan ran server's so the game's more alive then ever with the good mod's. :D
