When u speak against religion and try to open people's minds against it you immediately become a threat and an expendable target. His days were numbered after this. I think this is around the same time he made the song "Blasphemy" addressing this same stuff. To me my favorite song but it did rile the christians, muslims and jews against him somewhat. So his death was a welcomed site for them. Jesus actually spoke against religion as well before dummies started worshiping him as God afterwards.

If people can figure out how far the Sun is away from earth, and how far the moon is away from earth, without actually measuring the distance; then why can't they open the gate to freedom and happiness.
