Were you using a Xbox Controller by chance? i know that game most of the time will revert to the Xbox tip if you have a controller plugged in.

It's made irrelevant by the fact that I've been told I sound like a half dozen very differing voices. It really runs along the lines of thinking all asians look the same. I TEND to get people mentioning I sound just like someone I don't when they aren't used to my specific accent, tone, or timbre. I don't presume that is always the case though.
