lol everyone seems to be asking this lately, I did three things. 1. stopped working at a fast food place. this way i wasnt eating hamburgers and ice cream all day then 2. I became a vegetarian which cut most fatty shit and fast food out of my diet then 3. I became poor and unable to buy the gratuitous amounts of food like I used to , to just getting what I actually need to eat in a day lol
