Wtf the tank was shooting airplanes and vehicles!! But I know how to make your tank spin super fast in the sky like that. You have to be in the Las Venturas missions. It's the one where you have to go to that wearhouse and kill lots of people in it. Get the Rhino tank, drive up to the red marker to start the mission, and after the pre-mission scene where you are talking to someone your tank will be in the sky spinning like crazy until it hits the ground.
