Some well known tricks for unfair females' runs on MNM :

* Against basic ennemies : ET / UT / O-L UT / guard + SSS / DJ UT(double jump UT) / GT (guilloitine throw) + =>SSS to divide up ennemies' members (demembering) + OT / make mages your priority targets.

* Against Tengu(s) : guard + S when they begin a combo / dash + SS when they ground stomp or finish a combo.

You CAN (and should) spend all your items, since you won't ever play the character again, and it doesn't affect Ryu's inventory.

Regarding your talk below about females' runs through MNM in NGS2, I'd say everything is separated in 4 parts :

- Skills.

- Most important thing : LUCK. You never have enough of it.

- Luck

- Luck ?

For females' runs, beside skills, you must have MASS luck. I can't stress it enough.

For certain areas/bosses, the game simply doesn't make the difference between *challenge* and *unfair*.

Exemple : Momiji, chapter 5 on MN. Simply unfair past the stairs.

Mages play a major role in this. Beside those jerks that spend their time spamming magic over a 1000 ninjas fight against a little girl, there are those f*cking gay Tengu Brothers. I spent days and nights trying to kill them... No way. After 3 days of consecutive and intense play, I finally got them (with luck).

Females' runs are definetly unfair.

The female characters boards are definitely big ass hurdles in the MNM run. You need to basically learn how to play them as their own character, and tons of practice. TIPS: utilize Momiji's UTs (they seem to delimb quite well) and OT to finish them off. Also, take out the mages first. Rachel wasn't so bad, and on the last female character spam Flying swallow (very high decap rate). Once you get the hang tho, u'll laugh at how hard you thought it was lol (not joking).

@Kl1n3 yeah i did a looong time on the ayane chapter. really cant fight with the bitch. but i gotta say though, with ryu only the first 4 chapters were hard on MNM, still needed to try the bosses a few times but in overall MNM was not that hard.

(i know many disagree with me :-P) but like, in the first few chapters i died every 5 seconds :P one grab was kill, instant. not anymore in the later chapters, theres room for a mistake or two

@Killed88Children I can follow that...the beginning (atleast until you get your first couple of upgrades) had the highest death rate for me. But, coming from the 360 version to this...I found the boards on Sigma 2 easier on MNM.

She does such ridiculously stupid amounts of block damage. I think it's way over the top given the difficulty to hit her. She wears you down and could kill you without even hit you easily.  Second only to Fiend Genshin in the horrible block damage department.
