i feel sorry for most of the passengers on the tube, most of them are working for peanuts, while the driver of a tube train is on 50 grand a year, may be it's time to dismantle the tube system, as it's just not worth it, totaly uneconomical, most of the passengers would be better off on the dole,

Big companies don't bother setting up here at all without a decent tax avoidance strategy. Once they are in a good position they can potentially provide employment opportunities and an economic boost. But Bob Crow wouldn't understand that as he thinks everything should be nationalised.

The Poll Tax was badly implemented. It was a blanket tax that didn't examine the ability of the person to pay it. However it is a damn better tax than the bastard council tax we all have. I can't wait for Houses to really loose value and all these Council tax valuations which will happen...again.

@quinndexter There is no such thing as a 'better tax'. Rubbish collection should not be forcibly collectivised - all the 'services' that councils perform could be performed by private industry. There is no justification for this localized violent theft, and that is exactly what council tax is - theft. This fat pig is arguing for civil disobedience to urge the state to steal money so that his members can feed off of the loot. This is a profoundly immoral position, and should be denounced.
