However, INFORMED hispanics reject Obama and his Marxist scams more than anyone. Using scams like the "help-the-poor" Obamacare scam, Castro transformed an imperfect but happy and prosperous island into a GULAG of abject misery, where the only hope for most is being able to escape.
With similar scams, Chávez is creating another GULAG.

Obamacare will cut $575 billion in Medicare during the next 10 years, $2.9 trillion over the next 20 years. The Chief Actuary for Medicare reports that ultimately under Obamacare Medicare payment rates will be only ONE THIRD of that paid by private insurance and ONLY HALF of that paid by Medicaid. As a result, few over 65 will have much health care. Palin was right about Obama’s DEATH PANELS!

It can be found in SECTION 9201 of the Stimulus bill. It sets up a 15 member Comparative Effectiveness Board, modeled after the UK's "NICE" board. DR. EZEKIEL IMMANUEL is member of that board.
Dr. Emanuel has said that "Medical care should not be given to those who are irreversibly prevented from being or becoming participating citizens." Seniors will have to die.
