There are definitely corrupted cops involved in this matter. I suspect the Coroner among others. What a damn shame. The only way they can clean up their name is to ARREST AND CHARGE EVRYONE involved including the CORRUPTED OFFICERS FROM SANTA BARBARA along with the 911 "OPERATOR"
