i have looked up the meaning of Casimir effect, i reccomend everyone else does otherwise what im about to say might not make sense. if the two rabbits are in fact the same being from different points in time, or perhaps the same rabbit from an alternate universe, then they are the same identical masses of matter occupying space at the same time. having identical matter in the same place at the same time my cause a resonance energy feild between the two objects which become conductors.

"when did you set the shift?" meaning something like "what time setting did you turn the dial?" and "Negative Twenty" or "-20" must mean they had 20 minutes, or seconds or some measurement of time before their demonstration of the facilities purpose. "how long?" and "nine minutes but we're sill learning how to-.." might mean that it only took nine minutes for the same rabbit to be transported there thru time and/or space. but they have not perfected the experiment.
