@artchel1 Jesus was not 21 years when he died on the cross. He was most likely in his early 30's. The bible states: Numbers4:3, "from thirty years and upward, even to fifty years old, all who enter the service to do the work in the tent of meeting.

Best and most accurate description of Jesus I have ever seen in any Jesus movie

1. He isn't white and doesn't have blonde hair or blue eyes. He has the right hair and skin color

2. He isn't walking around in a white robe, he's dressed like everyone else.

3. He is totally natural in this movie: a hard working man who laughs, cries, hangs out with friends, and really relates to people.

The artists really brought this to life. LOVE THIS MOVIE!

If one does a study on the original names within scripture, the Messiah's name is Yahushua, the Creator's name is Yahweh, the baptizer's name is Yahuchanan (some have said Yochanan), the one from Magdelene is called Miryam, and so many others have different original Hebrew names instead of the Greek, Roman, or Latin based names through translation.

good question my friend. Jesus is Lord and I base this on the fact that He influenced the world in a far greater way than anyone else. For example, He alone taught us to love and pray for our enemies. If the whole world did that, we would have world peace. Other reasons Jesus is Lord is because He died and bodily rose and appeared to over 500 witnesses in 40 days in 13 different places. Other reasons is because the Bible is 100% historically, prophetically, and archeologically accurate.

this is a nice video of what is said in the bible. it is old news. i would like to see some of the other people like rachel, mary and sarah. yes jesus is a very important figure in the bible. i would love to see a movie about god and the angels in the very begining . the angels that rebeled against god. those are what i need to see.

So funny reading your comment about there being a movie about the rebellion in heaven and the war that took place between the angels that sided with Lucifer and then the eventual war which lead to Lucifer being cast out of Heaven. I happen to be in a drama group and I'm an actor/writer/assistant director and I was just discussing what an amazing movie this would be with today's technology. Such amazing characters could be portrayed. The Archangel Michael, Lucifer, it would be INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!

Lionsgate description about 'Miracle Maker' animation technique is NOT correct. They state, "using claymation process". This is WRONG. These are custom made, rubber skinned puppets with miniature sewn clothing and inside each puppet they have internal precision steel jointed skeletal armatures. The adult puppets are about 12 inches tall. The more accurate animation description is called STOP MOTION ANIMATION.

Aardman Animation (Wallace & Gromit fame), is an example of 'Clay Animation'.

Although, this is a beautifully done animation feature, YouTube should properly marked for religious content - not really propaganda but moreso, like parental warnings for mature content are used to inform viewers what they may encounter. Why? This film is offered on a public forum, where a diverse range of people/chidren may access it. I would ask the same treatment of a cartoon about Buddha or Muhammed that is made to be appealing to kids.

Not only are the set designs beautiful and the animation well done, the script is very cleverly done with humor and superb human interaction that makes it a true joy to watch. It is a great loss to not have much, much more of this creativity produced: especially for the greatest love story ever told.
