  • @ShirleyLimpdick i found it on dailymotion the vid anyways and i dont live in Britian no

  • I saw this show for my birthday when I was 15. I found it hard to stop laughing, not just 'cause it was so demented, but how clever the stage direction was. Like when Harriet turned her dress inside out, revealing torn, fiery-colored cloth, to show the fire consuming her, then jumping down the trapdoor when there was nothing left of her. Apparently, the lady I saw as Harriet was Tamsin, who played "Funny Lady" in a teletubbies sketch. Small world, eh?

  • yea i love the Tiger Lillies they are fun

  • This version of Snip Snip is far better than the Album version, in my opinion. The album does the 'Snip Snip, the scissors...' bit too quiet and soft, it's meant to be harsh and creepy.

  • i agree totally

  • @Boonzeet

I agree too, even the sniiiip sniiiiip singing backup vocals are better in this version.

Haha said Mama !! (I love Tiger Lillies)

  • My thoughts exactly about about Twain's version. As much as I love Twain.

  • "Haha! said Mama, I knew he'd come,

for naughty little suck-a-thumb" - No sympathy or redemption for naughty Struffelpeter children.

    Snip SNiiiip.

ps this was a truly great adaptation of the book.

  • very true no offense to Mark Twain but Twain's stank
