Hakan is still considered a lower tier character in this game (despite the guy commenting in the video), but the balance is such that if you're good and/or lucky, you can still mop the floor with nearly anyone. Hakan is weird as hell, but his moves work and in the hands of a good player he can punish a mistake severely.

Buffs his attacks and speed + increases his range doing his moves I believe (EX oil pour makes it last a good while, regular oil pour is for a short time). I've also heard people say that it makes him harder to grab, but there has been some conflicting reports on that, can't confirm it 100%.

That high arcing twist-jump she does is actually a special move that Ibuki can do. You activate it by doing an SRK motion and punch. It turns her around midair so when Ibuki throws here kunai, it goes in the opposite direction.
