I did that with a rope and had just one guy (who weighed about 73 kg or 161 lbs) holding the end of the rope (with 2 arms). I couldn't move the rope at all. He said it was easy to hold me there (he was standing there watching basketball on TV). That was last spring. Last month I had my mom pull on the rope and she couldn't hold me at all. But I would be surprised if the men in this vid were going all out. Sarah is one of the best female armwrestlers in the world, however.

the men are not trying their hardest, but i promise you she is stronger than most people think. I believe she would crush a lot of men novice armwrestlers regardless of weight class. I have seen Allen Fischers' wife beat average men no problem, so I know someone like Sarah would crush them :)
