It's probably something Georgia Power wants so that GA press won't get wind of something they want to do... until it's too late to not do it. Least that's what I heard about the motivation for introducing this kind of legislation again.
If trade secrets are protected by law, why does the GA legislature feel the need to make businesses feel more "secure" in doing business in the state? At what cost does this come to Georgians in terms of being able to have a open and transparent government? How does our new Atty. General, Sam Olens, feel about this?
