Yes, 50 people in close harmony, at dusk with the sound filling the evening landscape. I'm searching YT for the sound I heard 60 years ago in church. Slow, unhurried, mournful, reflective, unadorned, and the soloist sang without pretension. Almost a deep hum. This is lovely, but still not it. Did we come close to losing the Spiritual during the Black Pride Movement of the '60's - '00's? Song, like dance must pass as an unbroken chain or we loose it. I'm glad to see the Spiritual reviving.
