fire attunement and eddification + a weapon that gives energy, a good one is Alems rememdy but it doesn't have 20% enchantment

Totem Axe or Rajazan's fervor works really well as the weapon, and Korr's Focus is a really nice offhand. it gives you +12 energy (req. 9 fire)
