Hey I got a KISS for you. KISS = Keep It Simple Silly. I've been an AT&T customer for years. I have a Motorola Tundra , strong , rugged , durable , good service , strong signal , clear talk , 3 days of standby , the internet is good enough for what i do with it , which is basically checking e mail. $50.00 a month pre paid for unlimited talk , text , internet , e mail , unlimited to canada & mexico , basically everything. When you start getting iphone fancy there's just more to go worng.

Where you are getting it wrong is that At&t DOES guarantee THEIR products to work...they just don't guarantee their service to work everywhere. Your juice pack is not an AT&t product, they either replace it or you are out of luck, they don't do credits for equipment because it is not their equipment, if you buy a Blackberry from ATT and it doesn't work right, that is Blackberry's issue...see what I mean? You don't buy a Samsung mp3 player from Walmart and blame Walmart if it is a shitty product.
